Meteorological environment monitoring equipment supplier
Insist on doing high-precision customer favorite technology products
The construction of an Industrial Weather Station shall be adapted to scenarios such as chemical industry, energy, and manufacturing. Its core objective is to meet the needs of industrial production, safety control, and equipment protection by providing high-precision, high-stability, real-time, and continuous meteorological data, which supports production scheduling, risk early warning, and the formulation of emergency plans.
In terms of core functional modules:
The data collection module shall cover basic parameters including temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, wind direction, and precipitation, as well as industry-specific meteorological parameters such as corrosive gas concentration and visibility. It can be expanded according to industry needs.
The data transmission module shall adopt 4G/5G technology to ensure real-time data upload to the industrial control center.
The data processing module shall be capable of abnormal data filtering and threshold-based alarm triggering, and support connection with industrial control systems and safety management platforms.
Equipment selection shall comply with industrial-grade standards:
Sensors shall have a protection rating of ≥IP65, meet the required measurement accuracy, and be adaptable to environments ranging from -40℃ to 70℃.
Data acquisition terminals shall be resistant to electromagnetic interference, support multiple interfaces, and be equipped with a redundant power supply (mains power + lithium battery) with a battery life of ≥8 hours.
Supporting equipment shall include wind-resistant brackets, lightning protection and grounding systems, and protective fences with a height of ≥1.2m.
For deployment and site selection: The station shall be built away from areas with high electromagnetic interference and obstacles, ensuring a visibility openness of ≥90%. For operation and maintenance: A mechanism for daily data inspection, monthly calibration, and quarterly maintenance shall be established, with a fault response time of ≤2 hours.
